Before joining Siemens Venture Capital, Frank spent more than 10 years as a Partner at Egan-Managed Capital, an early-stage IT venture capital firm in Boston. At Egan, Frank led investments in companies including Wordstream, AppNeta, Highroads, Network Intelligence (Acquired by EMC), and Raidcore (acquired by Broadcom), as well as several others. Prior to his work in venture, Frank was a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft. He also worked in financial technology at The World Bank/IFC and Price Waterhouse Management Consulting. He began his career as a Systems Engineer with The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
Frank received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business and holds BS degrees in Computer Science and Finance from University of Maryland, College Park.
