Doris is a Managing Partner, Venture Asset Management with Siemens Venture Capital (SVC).
Doris joined SVC in May 1999 with responsibilities for business development. In April 2000, she was assigned to SVC’s venture capital fund-of-funds activities. Since 2002, Doris has been responsible for all VC fund-of-funds investment activities on a worldwide basis. In 2007, she additionally started to advise the Siemens Pension Trust on its Private Equity allocation across leveraged buyout, venture capital, secondary, mezzanine and special situations funds for a period of two years. Since 2009, her core responsibility is the management of Siemens Global Innovations Partners I, a venture capital fund-of-funds launched at the beginning of 2009 as well as the advisory services for all VC fund allocations globally for the German Siemens Pension Trusts.
Before joining SVC, Doris studied Business Economics and received a Master’s Degree (Dipl. Betriebswirtin, FH) from the University of Constance, Germany. Prior to that, Doris studied Public Law at the University of Kehl, Germany and worked in various functions in public administration.
